Wheelchair Guy

Wheelchair Guy is the original playable character. The wiki says he was drawn in 2006, he is the default character when you open the editor, and his chair uses a jet to climb.

Where to play

The community wiki identifies Wheelchair Guy as a menu character and describes him as an older drifter. I am not adding a biography beyond that source. Its gameplay notes say the chair’s fuel tank can burst using the same explosion as a mine, without damaging him, and sometimes launch the chair. Those are community notes, not a playthrough I recorded.

What the wiki actually records

He showed up as an enemy in Jim’s earlier Flash game Divine Intervention. The jet on the chair is also an editor object under movement. In Happy Wheels: The Series the character is called Charles. That name belongs to the 2016 cartoon, not to a line of dialogue in the game that I can cite.

Default editor spawn: (300, 5100), from the editor page.
Eject with Z if you need the body instead of the chair.
Desktop defaults from the Characters wiki: Space fires the jet; Shift and Ctrl rotate it. After ejecting, Space grabs reachable objects.
Effective Shopper is the other character the wiki calls a mascot.

Where to try him

He is in the browser game, Steam, and the phone apps. Nothing on the store pages says he is paid DLC. If a page tells you to download a “Wheelchair Guy mod” to unlock him, you do not need it for the official game.
